Why Visier and Why Now?
Over my years in the software industry, I’ve noticed that successful companies have several things in common such as a 
clear mission, strong customer values, and a cohesive culture.
I’ve also noticed that, while most companies pay lip-service to the “our people are our greatest asset” mantra, there’s actually been very little investment in software tools that help companies really understand how to attract, motivate and reward their people. That’s why we founded Visier. Built on a cutting-edge Business Analytic Application framework, Visier is developing People Management solutions that help companies thrive and prosper by attracting and retaining top talent.
We founded Visier to deliver different and new solutions and to do this in a different and – we think – better way. That better way starts by listening.
